How to easily find us.

The Maremma, which straddles two regions, southern Tuscany and western Lazio, is an area that can be reached in various ways: in particular, you can reach the city of Grosseto in less than 3 hours by road and rail, landing at the airports of Rome, Pisa and Florence, or arriving by sea at the ports of Livorno and Civitavecchia, the main ports of call for international cruise tourism.

By car

If you are arriving from the EAST: from Florence and Siena, there is the Florence-Siena-Grosseto SS223 motorway link road to Grosseto.

If you are arriving from the NORTH: from Pisa and Livorno, there is the Aurelia SS1 (E80), which follows the coast to Rome.

By train

Grosseto station is the nerve centre for visiting the area of the Maremma.  Its five tracks are the arrival and departure points for more than 70 regional, Intercity and Frecce trains.

The regional lines, for example, take you from Orbetello to Argentario in just 20 minutes.

By plane

Rome Fiumicino Airport is 143 km from Grosseto and is connected via the E80 motorway. Other recommended nearby airports are Pisa Airport and Florence Airport.
